Lee Gross, MD
President & Co-Founder
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Lee Gross received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. Following graduation, Gross coordinated years of clinical cardiology research for the nation’s leading Cleveland Clinic cardiology program. He attended Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine. He completed his family medicine training as the elected chief resident at University Hospitals of Cleveland, one of the nation’s leading family medicine training programs. He has been in private practice in Florida since 2002.
He is a pioneer in the Direct Primary Care delivery model, frequently speaking at national meetings, conducting media interviews about free-market healthcare innovations and writing articles for national publications. He is a health care consultant to physician practices, medical organizations, insurance groups, hospitals and private businesses. He is the founder and Chairman of DPC Action, a non-profit national Direct Primary Care advocacy and social welfare organization. He is consulted by lawmakers and policy leaders on local, state and national health policy initiatives, including formal testimony and consultation with CMS, HHS, Treasury, the United States House and Senate, including multiple meetings with The White House.
CL Gray, MD
CEO
Dr. C. L. Gray is a nationally known writer, speaker, and board certified physician who continues to practice hospital medicine and critical care in western North Carolina. Now in its second printing, his book, The Battle for America’s Soul, explores the underpinnings of the culture war that savages our great nation. In the book’s foreward, the late Reid Buckley, brother of William F. Buckley, notes Gray’s book was one of the most important books written in the past 25 years.
In 2006 Dr. Gray founded Physicians for Reform (PFR), a non-profit dedicated to preserving patient-centered healthcare. In 2018, Gray served as a physician advisor to the Carson for President. In 2019, Gray served as the editing author of a physician led policy effort that produced a one-page healthcare plan that Congressman Mark Meadows personally delivered to President Trump.
Physicians for Reform then used this policy framework to conduct two years extensive market research proving that Americans are not only open to Personalized Healthcare, they are hungry for it. In his latest effort, Gray is now leading an effort to help free market physician entrepreneurs use disruptive innovation to rebuild the American healthcare system.
